All fine, but outdated rooms

I appreciated the friendly staff and the convenience of nearby eateries like Dunkin' and Dairy Queen for quick breakfast options while exploring the city. it made my morning strolls even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast options were amazing, especially the hot eggs and sausage. The room had great water pressure in the shower, and I felt safe with indoor access. I'd definitely return!

We loved exploring the hiking trails nearby and even squeezed in some horse riding. The hotel was the perfect base with easy access to everything. Clean rooms, a great pool, and a solid continental breakfast. Plus, it's in a quiet area, so we got our rest! Definitely a place to consider for your group getaway.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with a staff member at the front desk. She was rude and unhelpful, which put a damper on our stay. Just be aware of that when you check in.

Comfortable Family Stay with Nice Touches

We recently enjoyed our stay with warm, welcoming service. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family's one-night adventure. A lovely surprise awaited us—a birthday balloon and goody bag for our grandson. For breakfast, the variety helped kickstart our day before we headed out exploring.

The king room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, like a secret hideaway! Everything felt tidy, making it a lovely place to crash after a day out. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy the bed was—like a cloud, truly!

But good heavens, they did charge for using the safe, which I didn’t need. Why don’t we charge for breathing next—just to make things interesting?

I enjoyed the great location, which made it easy to access nearby attractions. However, the musty smell in my room and the mediocre breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The access to the highway was smooth which made our travels easier also the staff at breakfast were really friendly and helpful during our mornings.

The elevator was out of order which made moving around a bit inconvenient.

Great place with friendly staff, free parking, and great wi-fi. They even helped me find a place with a good exchange rate on my first stay. I'll keep coming back for Easter!

had a comfortable stay in a queen room with two queen beds, super clean, great air conditioning, and a lovely seating area. the breakfast was a highlight with fresh fruits and waffles. parking was free, and the staff was friendly and helpful with local tips. close to the Biltmore Estate and great hiking trails.

The Comfort Inn Biltmore West was impeccably clean, with well-lit areas and easy access. The staff were a joy, always ready to assist and even offered great dining suggestions close by. I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay.
